Sometimes we forget about a plain old foam beetle like the Gulp Beetle, but they are still highly effective. Many regulars on the Railroad Ranch sections of the Henry's Fork will often resort to a beetle like this one when they can't fool those picky rainbows, and often times those fish will take the beetle after refusing every other pattern that is thrown at them.
