The Sparring Partner was designed by Umpqua Signature Tyer Matt Winkler as a generic baitfish imitation with lots of movement and flash in the water. It has plenty of flash in the tail that pairs well with the rabbit strip and spun collar to create a deadly combo that fish are drawn to.
