The Infinity taper from Scientific Anglers in one of the best all-around tapers we've ever used. This weight forward taper concentrates mass towards the front of the line to help you toss heavy streamers and indicator rigs, but with a long enough rear and front taper to still turn over smoothly and delicately when casting dry flies. It's weighted a half size heavy to assist in loading today's faster action rods, and it's our number one choice for most fishing applications here in Montana. That being said, the Infinity is a great choice for nearly any freshwater species, from trout and panfish up to bass, carp and predator species.
Features:
- Half line size heavy
- AST Plus slickness additive is mixed right into the fly line's outer layer so it will never wear off like other coatings, drastically increasing durability and maximizing flotation over the life of the line
- Floating texture on the tip section to keep the line riding high
- Shooting texture on the running line to shoot farther when casting for distance
- Camo tip section for ultimate stealth
- SA Line Identification stamps the line model and weight onto the tip of the line so you can easily tell lines apart
- Welded loops on both ends for quick and easy rigging
Overall Length: 90 feet
Color: Bamboo/Buckskin/Camo
