Yellowstone Soft Hackle

The Yellowstone Soft Hackle is a more natural color variation of our popular Grouse & Pink soft hackle. It's been a great choice for fishing early fall runners on the Madison in September, particularly on warmer Indian Summer days when fish are laying low and not willing to chase brighter flies. It's also a proven producer on the Firehole, where trout love to chase swinging flies during both spring and fall.
