New for 2019! With the Copper Quill Nymph, we've combined the best Euro nymph attributes with a traditional look to create one simple, do-it-all pattern. It's just flashy enough to fish as an attractor when searching the water, but still natural enough in appearance to fool picky trout that are feeding on specific nymphs. The tungsten bead will get it down fast, the hot spot adds a bit of extra attraction for more aggressive fish, and the natural-looking quill body provides enough lifelike detail to fool more selective fish. Our favorite time to fish it is June and July on the Madison and Gallatin when PMD nymphs are most active, but we've had great success with it from spring through fall.
